We're taking school to the farm!
Mondays mornings have never looked so good! Kick off your school week with Gather 'Round on the Farm! This fall, our 10-week childcare program will cover the Gather 'Round "Living Off the Land" unit - and allows students to learn core subjects together in the beauty of the outdoors! Classes will take place on our farm, surrounded by animals and nature. The first hour and a half is dedicated to reading the new lesson, enjoying experiments and visual aids, and working on student notebooks. Next comes time with the farm animals, visiting with the bunnies, goats, pigs, and more! We finish off each session with lunch together on the field! It's a beautiful morning of schooling, learning, encouraging, and friendship-building! Parents are always on-site.

Q: How old does my student need to be to participate?
A: This curriculum covers age 4 through high school! Younger siblings are welcome to tag along!
Q: Do parents stay?
A: Yes! Parents are learning right alongside their children, helping them when needed, and enjoying time socializing with other moms and dads!
Q: What is the cost?
A: $390 f0r the 10 week course. This includes all materials except for the student workbook. Payable in full, or in three monthly payments of $130.00 each.
Q: Can I use charter school funds for the class?
A: Gather Round is a biblically based curriculum and charter funds cannot be used for this class.
Q: What curriculum do I need?
A: We will be using the Gather Round Living Off the Land study, You'll select the level that is the best fit for your student. Additionally, you can purchase the optional cursive workbook, and the Teacher's Guide if you plan to work on lessons at home. Q: Will we finish the whole curriculum in ten weeks?
A: During our ten weeks together, we will cover one lesson each week. Our program is set up to do one lesson together on Monday, and one lesson at home each week. At this pace, students will complete all 20 lessons in our 10 weeks studying together. If a student misses a lesson a home, they will not fall behind during class on the farm! At-home lessons are 100% optional.
